PetroQuantum - Supply Chain Management and Operational Excellence - Functionality

Each of the RMF models have associated information, detail and functionality which include:

  • Links to Performance Metrics
  • An Assessment Model that allows each of the elements of the model (processes, systems, practices) to be scored (on a scale of 1-4) according to how well that element has been established within the refinery. This provides a degree of quantification to the assessment which would normally be qualitative
  • Self Assessment Models - provided to refineries so they can perform a very high-level analysis of their own business processes and practices
